I liked this house I made in Sims2 so I decided to make a Sims3 copy of it.







Residential
Lotsize: 20x30
Furnished: 38 501 Simoleons
Unfurnished: 23 431 Simoleons


 Sims 3 Basegame

No CC

Download Studio 3

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Great build, Marbi!  I have this house in my Sims 2.  Really a good little house.
