Once upon a time, this cottage was owned by an old lady. Here name was Blenda and she was the
sweetest you could ever meet. She baked cupcakes for the children in the neighbourhood, she
helped out with babysitting, she was shining as bright as the sun. People used to call her
Beam, like a sunbeam. Her garden was a gift from all those people she helped out...
Unfortunately the story doesn't have a beaming ending. Beam really tried hard to break the
curse of the village. She just refused to leave, she tried to find out what was causing it.
One late evening when the rain was pouring down like never before, Beam was working on something
in one of her sheds. She was the only one left in the quiet village and she had almost lost
all her hope. But in that shed, that very night..
Beam finally found the cause of the terrible curse and how to break it.
Just as she started to smile of conviction, someone or something sneaked up right behind her
and killed her on the very spot.. She screamed but there was no one there to hear it,
only the trees and the walls of the house. The darkness crept closer and closer and soon all
hope seemed to have disappeared into deep darkness.
The secret Beam found out must be hidden in those walls, among those trees. There must be something
you can do to bring hope and love back to the abandoned village. Darkness must be fought...
